About Us

About Me

​I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology. My background includes experience in both private practice and community-based settings, supporting individuals across a wide range of needs. This has included volunteering with youth in crisis, assisting teenagers as they navigated intense emotional challenges, and supporting university students during periods of high stress and transition.

My practice is informed by training in and working with neurodivergent individuals, as well as those experiencing burnout, anxiety, depression, stress-related concerns, self-image challenges, and major life transitions. I work with clients ages 15 and up who may be struggling with performance anxiety, overwhelming pressure, fear of change, or difficulties with day-to-day functioning.

In our sessions, I strive to create a supportive, grounded, and collaborative space. I offer practical strategies that you can begin using right away to find relief, while also helping you build deeper insight, resilience, and long-term emotional well-being. My goal is to help you better understand your emotions, strengths, and identity, and to work with you in reducing the internal and external barriers that may be standing in your way.

My Approach 

My approach to therapy is warm, compassionate, and structured, with a focus on creating a supportive space where you feel understood and valued. I take an individualized approach, tailoring sessions to each client’s unique needs and goals. I draw from a variety of evidence-based modalities, including:

  • Person-Centred Therapy

  • Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT)

Together, we will work at a pace that feels comfortable for you, addressing immediate challenges while also building long-term skills for growth, balance, and resilience.
