Hi, my name is Mariana (she/her). I am a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with a Master’s degree in Counselling Psychology, working in-person, over the phone, and virtually across Canada.

I focus on supporting neurodivergent and neurotypical individuals, spanning from teens to adults. I most often work with those experiencing performance anxiety, motivational challenges, fear of change, or challenges with day-to-day functioning.

I’m here to help you build practical coping strategies, explore your emotions and identity, strengthen resilience, and work toward meaningful growth in your life.
My approach is warm, structured, and collaborative, and draws from a variety of evidence-based therapies. I am committed to providing care that is neurodiversity-affirming and LGBTQ+ affirming, creating a space where all clients feel seen, heard, and empowered to make lasting change.
